How we select ?

We select our coffee based on the following things:

  • Does it taste good?

This includes the different tasting notes that can be explored through cupping and tasting a variety of roast profiles. For us these profiles are medium, medium-light, and medium-dark.

  • Is it Organic?

We work hard to make sure that all of our coffee is as healthy as possible. As such, whenever purchasing organic coffee is possible we do so. This is not always the case. Our first two coffees Guatemala (Organic) and Mexico (non-Organic) are two great examples of this.
